Because the software I work with is used for Social Learning -- online training and community building and performance support, I'm deep in the thick of adult learning and online stuffins. I teach karate in the evenings, which keeps me grounded in the nature of "old-fashioned" social learning. (you know, the kind where learners and teachers are together in space and time?)
