Matthew Stender

Matthew Stender is documentary film maker and co-founder of the digital idea-platform Asia Analysis. He holds a MA in Global Communication from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BA in Global Poltics from the University of Texas at Dallas. Journalist, sustainability activist, and producer, Matt has traveled extensively visiting over 40 countries through out the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, the Pacific and Asia writing for news papers and magazines as well as producing multiple documentary projects. The 25-year-old Texas native’s last professional engagement was a tenure as Program Director for the World Affairs Council of San Antonio where he worked to connect the south Texas community to policy makers, academia, journalists, diplomats, government officials, and NGO heads. Matt have given talks and lectures at community forums and university campuses in the North America, Europe and Asia.
