Corescape Pilates

I am a Pilates instructor(Basi) and have been teaching for about 8 years.Having trained as a dancer I am passionate about movement and wellness. My Pilates classes are inspired by contemporary dance, ballet, martial arts and yoga. I have experience in pre- and post-natal Pilates as well as post- rehabilitative Pilates. I find it highly satisfying to see clients work hard, reach their goals and reap the life long benefits that Pilates has to offer.
